My name is Stephanie Goddard. For the past 20 years, I have focused on helping and restoring balance to people through Physical Therapy. My experience in neuro re-ed, strength impairment balancing, myofascial release, manual therapy, aquatics, cranio-sacral therapy and other non-traditional treatments has decreased pain and improved function in many clients.
I have spent my life learning about and discovering the horse. I recently completed my training of becoming a Certified Masterson Method Clinician. I was drawn to this study due to its ability to release tension and pain below the horse's natural bracing response. It draws into the parasympathetic nervous system to globally heal the horse.
This blog is an ongoing journal of my training, experiences, and reflections of seeking balance and pain relief of the horse. My goal is to educate owners to become more in tune with their horses, teach them to identify pain and restrictions, balance out their natural caregiving for their horses, enhance the relationship and to improve their horse's performance.
As a visitor here, you are part of a fantastic journey with me. I understand your desire to connect with and learn more about the horse. Please feel free to contact me and share your stories.
